The Grove (2011) – completed a complex trade agreement between the Town of Jackson and the Teton County Housing Authority to acquire 4 acres of land in west Jackson with high density base entitlements.
5-2-5 Hall (2010) – negotiated purchase of 4 contiguous lots in east Jackson from the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust to develop 12 townhomes.
Rains (2007) – secured the purchase of 5 acres of land adjacent to the Aspens along the Moose-Wilson Road for the Teton County Housing Authority land banking program.
Mantey (2007) – worked with a long-time local family to purchase 2 lots totally 5.2 acres on Cheney Lane to meet their goal to house working families and add inventory to the Teton County land banking program.
260 W. Broadway (2007) – enabled the acquisition of a commercial building on a long-term ground lease with first right of refusal to stabilize land cost for future redevelopment of a key downtown Jackson property.
