Bridger View Neighborhood, Bozeman, MT (2016-present)
Working with a diverse team of project partners, Navigate oversaw the entitlement and design processes of the Bridger View Neighborhood in Bozeman, MT. Christine continues to coordinate the construction management, sales, and long-term affordability of the homes.
Bridger View is the first neighborhood of its kind in Bozeman. Featuring 62 energy-efficient homes in a well-designed, walkable neighborhood adjacent to Story Mill Park, the neighborhood offers an indistinguishable mix of market rate and below-market homes. The below-market homes are priced to be affordable to the “missing middle” (residents who don’t make enough to afford a market rate home, but make too much to qualify for existing assistance programs), and will be managed by Headwaters Community Housing Trust.
